Infusing Music Studios is an approved ESA vendor for group classes!
What is ESA?
Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account program allows parents to choose what is best for their family by choosing which schooling option meets their child's needs. With the ESA program, the money that would pay for that student’s education in a public school follows that student to whichever school the parents choose for their child, including education at home. ESA dollars cover various education expenses such as private school tuition, curricula, educational supplies, tutoring, and more.
As such, private and group lessons are allowable expenses for students that qualify for the ESA program. Students can qualify in several ways such as attending a private school, homeschooling, having an IEP, residing on a Native American Reservation, being a child of an active duty military person, and more. Using your ESA funds to pay for music lessons
Once you receive ESA funds in your child's account, there are three options for paying your tuition:
1. Reimbursement
Login to your child's ClassWallet Account. Click "Start a new reimbursement."
Download the Attestation Form to submit with your reimbursement. Also, be sure to attach your invoice from Infusing Music Studios. Your invoice must list your child's first and last name.
The Attestation Form is ONLY for group classes. If you have a private teacher, please ask them for their documentation directly or encourage them to become a vendor.

2. Debit Card
Contact Clara McDonald to allow your invoice to be paid by a debit card. There will be an added 2.9%+$0.25 fee added to your invoice to cover the Quickbooks processing fee.
Once the fee is added to your invoice, use your child's ClassWallet debit card to pay the invoice online.
Be sure to attach your invoice from Infusing Music Studios when you are requested to "Upload Receipt." Your invoice must list your child's first and last name. Also, attach the Attestation Form above.
The Attestation Form is ONLY for group classes. If you have a private teacher, please ask them for their documentation directly or encourage them to become a vendor.
3. Pay Vendor
Contact Clara McDonald to add the 2.5% ClassWallet processing fee to your invoice.
Login to your child's ClassWallet Account. Under the "Pay vendor" tab, search for "Infusing Music Studios". Click "pay," then enter the total of your invoice. The processing fee will be automatically calculated and deducted from the vendor.
Be sure your invoice has the added 2.5% processing fee added to the total before submitting.
You should not need the Attestation Form, since IMS is already an approved vendor. However, you may certainly download the above file and attach it to your request.
