Teachers set their own rates, policies, and work hours. Please inquire for sublease rates and agreement.

Rent studio space
A 350 sq. ft. studio is available for hourly rent for recording or rehearsal purposes during non-teaching hours. Inquire by email, phone, or text.
$35/hour + refundable $35 deposit.

Room Rental Deposit
$35.00
A $35 refundable deposit is charged for all studio rentals. To be refunded within 48 hours of vacating the premises, minus the cost of repairs, painting, and cleaning to return rented premises to pre-lease condition if needed.
NOTE: NO DRINKS OR FOOD OF ANY KIND MAY BE PLACED ON OR NEAR THE PIANO.
